Do you provide installation manuals?
Yes, all shower heads and systems come with an easy-to-follow installation manual. Please note, our products will require a fully-trained contractor or competent DIY person for the installation.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes we are able to send a large selection of our products internationally. We recommend you fill in our International Shipping Form for a bespoke carriage cost and for detailed information about the technical specifications required for the product in your country.
When will my order arrive?
Smart Showers will notify you via email when your goods are dispatched. The message will contain details of estimated delivery times in addition to any reasons for a delay in the delivery of goods you have purchased.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes, you can enter the delivery address details on the address page in the checkout. Your invoice will be sent to your billing address. To protect our customers, all orders are subject to standard fraud checks.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, you can. Enter the Smart Showers address on the delivery address details in the checkout. We will contact you when the order is ready to collect. Please be aware there are only a small number of parking spaces available. Please call 01793 822775 to advise that you would like to collect your order, and we will arrange a suitable time.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Please let us know within 24 hours of your expected delivery time if your order has not arrived. Call 01793 822775 and an advisor will track your order. If Smart Showers receives no communication from you, within 24 hours of delivery regarding any problems with the goods, you are deemed to have received the goods in full working order and with no problems.
Why has my order been delayed?
While the vast majority of orders will be delivered on time, there can be a small number of parcels that are delayed. This could be because of a carrier problem or manufacturer issues. We will advise you of any delays as soon as we are made aware of them. Italy manufacturing does have an August shutdown to account for the hot weather. Orders placed towards the end of July may be subject to a September production and despatch.
My parcel is damaged. What should I do?
Please take a photograph of the damaged parcel. Do not open it. Please call 01793 822775 and an advisor will assist you.
How do I cancel an order?
You must contact a member of our team within 24 hours of placing the order. If the items have already been dispatched, you will have to follow the Returns Policy guidelines. If you terminate your Account, any non-dispatched purchases will be cancelled and you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.
