Fred is a new product that combines innovation, design and sustainability; it consists of a shower head with LED lighting which is self-powered and completely eco friendly as it needs no electricity. Comprising a high efficiency white light LED that offers light up or light down illumination, depending on model, with a moveable, anti-scale shower head and optional mounting and rim finish.
The water flows through a micro-turbine, thus generating the necessary energy for the LED ring power supply, which automatically lights up at the mixer opening, diffusing a warm white light.
Fred is easy to use and to install: no power is needed, ceiling or wall-mounted installation, even in a shower system that already exists. Thermostatic Valve Control is required (not supplied) for operation.
